Guilted

Okay, I know Kallie and Rebecca didn't do it on purpose, but they've guilted me into updating.

Over the last four days we've - eaten and slept. That's about it. ha ha!

Friday, my very pregnant friend Jo came over to hang out with Lorelai and me for a while. We talked about - well, breastfeeding and babies. What else is there to talk about!? Last night we had what seems like our weekly outing to Target and got more baby stuff. Apparently, Target is THE place to be on a Saturday night - we saw a lot of people we knew there. Then today we brought Lorelai to church again. She does so great - sleeps right through all the noise! It's awesome! Our friend, Kallie, was singing in the worship choir. It's really hard not to look at her, though. It's like she's famous or something. I wanted to tell the people around me that I knew her. I'm SUCH a dork! Next time, I vow to not look at her and worship like a good girl. We went to the new members luncheon. But, wouldn't you know it - I missed it - the food and all...because Miss Lorelai decided that at that very moment (even though I fed her 20 minutes prior) that she was going to be Hungry Hungry Hippo! So, I heard that it was good, though.

We ran into one of JD's co-workers and his wife, Jason and Destiny. They seem like a wonderful couple from the little time I was able to spend with them. Totally on-fire for God. They met on the internet, (like JD and I did) eloped and have been married for 8 months. She's going through the "oh-my-gosh-all-this-army-lingo-scares-me-and-so-do-all-the-army-wives-
I'm-kinda-lonely" stage that most of us went through upon our initiation at Fort Bragg!

Tonight I sat and fed Lorelai (surprise, surprise) while JD hung up all the mirrors, picture frames and paintings in her nursery. Aside from the paintings from Aunt Tina and Sara, the nursery is done. side note: Aunt Tina and Sara - that is in no way a subliminal message, I promise. I know you both are extremely busy.

I took some pictures of Lorelai yesterday, here is one of my favorites...
