I made this today and it was good.
Fresh Apple Cake (from Judy Graham)
You need:
2 c sugar
2 eggs
3 c raw apples; thinly sliced
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1 c nuts
1 1/2 c oil
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
* Mix well
* Bake in greased pan; 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
