Personalize This

If you haven't heard yet, we're back. In Texas. And it's hot. Yep, it's been 80 degrees here. A far cry from the 40 degree weather we left behind in St. Louis. That is something I won't be missing. We had a great time in St. Louis "taking care of" my dad and seeing family and friends.

Now it's back to the daily grind. I say that as if my life is so hard. I have to go to playdates, make crafts, knit a little, sew a little, blog a little, not to mention kissing and loving on a sweet little ten-month old all day long. Have I mentioned yet how much I LOOOOVE being a stay-at-home mom? I know, I know. It won't ALWAYS be like this. Eventually, I'll have more children and won't have time for that other stuff, but can you blame me for taking advantage of it?

Okay, now on to the very important blogging.

I'm going to do a little free advertising for someone. I just purchased Lorelai's first Christmas ornament the other day. Along with that, I placed an order for sew-on tags to put on all the homemade (yes, I'm sewing, thanks to my mother-in-law) gifts I'm giving friends for Christmas. The tags read "Homemade with Love, by Rachel Huse." You better believe that if I'm putting that much love into something, I'm going to ensure the recipient remembers it forever! Just ask my MIL, when I'm sewing, it's a tad stressful!

So....about Lorelai's ornament. I don't know, maybe the picture needs to be in front of a snowy tree or something, but it doesn't look at special as I feel it is. But, that's not really the point. The point is, I ordered these things from the Personalization Mall. Click on it, go there...check it out. But, come right back - there's more!

They shipped really quickly, great packaging and totally worth the money! I'll definitely use them again. Friends and family, don't be surprised if you get a lot of personalized gifts this year!

My post was REALLY long, so I'm cutting it here and saving the rest for future posts. Maybe I should do this more often. Split my posts up into several days rather than verbally vomiting on you every week or so.

Not a good visual?

I love personalization mall. I used them last Christmas and you better believe I have already used them again this year :) Good idea on the ornament, I think I will purchase one for Christian. I can't believe in less then 2 months, she will be a year old. CRAZY!

Can't wait to check out that site. Love the ornament. I can't wait to have children so I can buy things like that.

Yes, blog more than just once a week.. I enjoy reading your blog and hearing about little Lorelai!
