No shame in my game.

I know, I know, it's been over two weeks since I've posted. I'm in St. Louis.....dial-up.....yadda, yadda.....y'all really don't care. :-)

Funny story, though...

So, there is this perfume I used to use by beauticontrol called Brown Sugar. It smells yummy. Like brown sugar. Surprise.

Anyhow, it was a trial size thing and I ran out of it quickly. So for a while now, I've been trying to find something that smelled like it, but that didn't have the cost attached to it. Yesterday, I'm at Kohls and I smell it. I round the corner to see where it's coming from and I find the perfume aisle. So, I start sniffing. Every. single. bottle. Well, I'm skipping some, because seriously.....I KNOW Old Spice doesn't smell like brown sugar.

As I'm scanning the aisle, I see a bottle and think "no, that can't be it. I've searched through all the others, though, maybe it is....certainly it's not...????" So, I pick up said bottle of perfume and BOOM, that's it. No way, I HAVE to have it.

I am now the proud owner and wearer of Hello Kitty perfume.

No lie.

That is the funniest thing I've heard for a long time. Thanks for fessing up - hee-hee. Heck, if the price was right and it was what I was looking for I'd wear Scooby Doo perfume myself ;0) Hope Lorelai feels better soon.

Too funny! And the way your blog page pulled up in my window, the only line of the story I couldn't see was the punchline, so I had to scroll to see it and laughed out loud when I did. That's great!
