Happy Birthday, JD!!!

With all the hubbub (how on earth do you spell that word?) of today, I totally forgot to tell you that it's JD's 33rd birthday! I didn't forget to wish HIM a happy birthday, just forgot to tell you.

The poor guy is so tired. He's been up somewhere between 3-5 nearly ever morning this year, not going to bed until midnight and he's taken nearly 130 tests already - and it's not even November. I don't know how he's doing it. I admire his determination and stick-to-it-iveness. I know there's a great eloquent word for that, but I'm drawing a blank.

Since Lorelai normally gets the spotlight of this blog, I figured I'd post somepictures of him and some of the many qualities I adore in him....other than the fact that he has a pretty cool wife. Here are some pictures of him over the last five years we have known one another. Yes, we've only been married five years. For those of you who don't know, I met JD and married him two months later!! Crazy and blessed!

The fact that he still married me after this, makes me love him even more!
That is his mother on my left and his sister-in-law (now mine too) in front of him. I'm really surprised they didn't try to talk him out of marrying me after this. Or did they?????

But, he's not afraid to dress up too!!!
And he's one HECK of a father!!!
Always tries to smile for me...even though he can't seem to keep his eyes open.
And he puts up with me, my quirkiness and my silly faces!!!

I love you, JD! Happy Birthday! Get some sleep. We'll celebrate next year!
