A-B-C, it's easy as 1-2-3

I finally got these videos off the camera and onto Youtube. When Lorelai turned 21 months, she started counting to ten while walking up the stairs, eating raisins, turning pages of a book, etc. She loves to count. So, I finally got her to count on video. She cracks herself up when she tries to go past ten! And if you're wondering what she's looking at - it's the view finder. I couldn't ever get her to "perform" in front of the camera utnil I turned the view finder around and she could see herself. Now she doesn't want me to put it down.

About a month ago, Lorelai started singing her abcs along with me! She gets 17 letters right! Not too bad! So, check out this funny video. Follow her while she sings. And yes "dih-doo" is "w" in Lorelai-speak. :-) My favorite is the end....I taught her to do that, unintentionally.

Awesome videos! That is so adorable. Overacheiver.

Lexie said "I like that baby. She can come to my house if she wants." (I think thats the big seal of approval with the 3 year old set these days who can and who can not come to their house.)

And she will still wear a bib! That is what makes me most jealous.

Lexie did the same thing with the viewfinder about that age, now we have graduated to "let me see it" the second she is done... usually before she is done.

She's just so big sometimes I forget that she's a baby still until I see her on video. She's precious!

Thanks for those videos! Those were so fun to watch. She is such a beautiful girl. I can't believe she is talking so much - in my head I still imagine the 5 month old that showed up at my baby shower who just accomplished rolling over. Wow, smart too. Every stage is fun, isn't it?!

I LOVE how she laughs at herself and LOVE how she goes into the song afterwards and says "know my abc" and then goes back into the alphabet (:42). Too funny. The MeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE is very adorable!

Oh yes, she needs to be Hunter's girlfriend! I finally got Hunter to perform his ABCs for the camera by promising him could watch it when he finished. Turn the view finder around, no wonder your child is so smart - she gets it from her mommy! What a great idea, I will be trying it today!
