I find it hard to have a creative blog entry title when I'm blogging about two different topics.
First of all, the Clomid worked!!! (Men, you may want to turn away now) I have ovulated for the first time in EIGHT MONTHS!!!! I have a fertility monitor that I use every. single. day. and it's never given me a positive reading. Imagine my amazement/shock/dancing when it finally did. This is a huge breakthrough. Not only was this cycle "normal length," it was TEXTBOOK. I have NEVER had that. THE SURGERY WAS A SUCCESS! (the clomid helped, yes, but the surgery still was successful) This is so exciting!
This doesn't mean that we'll get pregnant, but it's a terrific start.
If y'all ever think about it, we'd love prayers in the next few weeks. This is our "last shot" with this fertility doctor, because we're moving. So, it would be great if things work out this time. I'm not getting my hopes up, but am excited about the possibility! More excited than I've been the last 20 months of trying. This month it actually seems possible.
..... in other news.....
Remember the giveaway I did a few weeks ago? Yeah, the one with the silly video of me looking at the door, making sure JD wasn't coming home. Well, the winner got her Mammo Camo and sent me a picture of her using it!!! YAY!! My first "customer photo!" I know, she's not technically a customer, but whatever.

ok, where the heck were you 12years ago when i could have used this? or almost 10 years, or almost 7 years or almost 5 or even 3 years ago???? this would have been so much nicer than the blankets i had to swing over my shoulder and hope didn't fall at the wrong moment...or that the baby wouldn't pull it off. this is truly brilliant!
congrats on the surgery and the clomid working! i'm going to be praying!!!!
...and visions of multiples danced in their heads...hahaha :)
WOOHOO!!!!! exciting stuff!
seriously, where WERE you four years ago? i don't know how many times the girls (maddy and morgan, not those girls. actually, THOSE girls too if you wanna be technical about it) oh-so-innocently flashed it all with a perfectly aimed kick of their leg while nursing...the mammo camo was so needed!
Congrats on all of the fertility things working! Yea! Of course I will say prayers for you! The 1st customer photo was fun to see. It turned out GREAT hun!

Congratulations!!! I was in the smack middle of making some Flair for you when my brother-in-law dropped by tonight. Shoot! It was going to be so cute too. I had a picture of the female repro system and it was going to say "Congratulations on your Ovulation"
but now I'm just leaving a boring old comment instead!
Congrats! I'm going to be praying for twins!
When's the big move? See ya soon!

Love ya, Julie Z.
Add me to the long list of those praying!
Congradulations on the ovulation, but I have to ask why are you blogging when you two should be taking advantage of this moment!
I use to make MD come home whenever I knew I was ovulating. nothing like a miday quickie!
That's WONDERFUL about the Clomid and surgery helping your body work! My husband and I made the decision a few weeks ago to take the next step since Clomid didn't work for me and are currently doing injections...so I'm hoping to have a great report like you did!
Praying for ya'll!!!
Woohoo!!
Babycakes, what are you doing typin' about ovulating when the little sucker is ready for some company?!!
Get on with it Girl!
Congrats on the great news! I am sending baby dust your way. And Thank you so much for the "Mammo Camo" (love the name). We use it all the time. Take Care!
