When we were back in San Antonio, I had Lorelai involved in Mother's Day Out one day a week. It was pretty awesome. For me and her. And us a mother/daughter team.
What's funny is, she would get daily report cards. Okay, that's not funny. The funny part is what the report cards revealed. They usually always had the same type of adjectives circled; happy, curious, friendly.....and....

Cute! I have never heard of mothers day out, that's great! I can't believe how old she is getting! Wow, I can remember when we came over to hold the little one week old in your living room and it doesn't even seem that long ago!

Our fantastic teeny tiny church has offered to have a Moms Day Out program for this year, with n awesome teacher....and NO one was interested. I was dumbfounded!! Not sure what was up with that!
