1) I feel sick - we went to Leblon tonight for dinner and it's a lot of meat - I hope it isn't food poisoning!

2) I feel not very smart - went to dinner with the GM of Homewood Suites and the Food and Beverage Director of Embassy Suites and they were talking about politics...I'm just ignorant. The GM is from Pakistan - he was in the Pakistan Army, got his Masters from the military academy over there - he is just extremely intelligent!

3) I'm tired - but I feel like I could get 10 hours of sleep tonight and still not feel rested

4) I'm nervous - about JD coming home

5) I'm sad that my Dad can't be here when Storm and JD redploy.

6) I'm done.
