It's called teh plow, and it's all about the streach - it feels so good even if you have to bend your knees... everything from your ankles to your neck gets a good streach. I love this one! Yip Freak! on the down side though...... They say it massages internal organs but what it really does is make you stare at your rolls close up!!!!

I do not to these moves on a regular basis. BUT this one absolutely feels amazing on one's back. Totally stretching it out. I feel an inch taller every time I do it!

Um, In response to "joanne and deric", the problem with rolls is that it actually prevents some of us from doing moves like this....:)
Even if you could do this, why would you want too??
For me? I would have to go and pee before I attempted this move. TMI? :-)
All I can think of, is if you have gas...............this should take care of that.
