Here piggy piggy....

Lorelai walked outside this morning to a 70 degree day and quickly shivered her arms and said "ooooh....cooooooooold." Poor thing is going to be shocked when we go to St. Louis for Thanksgiving....and then MOVE to Virginia!

By the way, we got our official orders....yes, just six weeks before we actually move. The Army is so generous.

Here are a few pictures to get you through the weekend. :-)

I love it! And congrats on the order. It stinks that you are only 6 weeks out but at least the wait is over with, right?

Lorelai's hair is precious! Isn't amazing how her hair being 'fixed' changes her look from baby/toddler to preschooler???

So darling!

I ADORE the pigtails, but for a second thought your blog title was a call for me to come check out your blog or something ;)

Of course, we are not military, but we only had a 2 week (13 days from when we found out to when we were on our way) notice for our move to FL from Boston... and we moved when Lexie was 4 weeks old! Somehow I managed, so I know you being an expert mover will be just fine.

Lorelai and Lexie would get along just fine in their perceptions of cold :)

So cute! I love that she leaves a headband in. Peyton will have none of that. I love the pigtails. And, her hair is still curly. Adorable!!!

Shhhhh, but I have a picture on my cell phone when Cullen was just over a year, and I had put his hair in pigtails! Hubs took him for his HEAD SHAVING the next week!

Oh, 70 sounds so lovely. My daughter played soccer this morning in 50 degree temperatures with 40 mile an hour winds! It was BRUTAL!

It will be wonderful to have Mr. Belvedere in your new city won't it!

I went out with friends the other night and we talked about how we wished we had GPS all night. I kept thinking and talking about you and Mr. Belvedere. I really do love his name!

she's starting to look so grown-up! it's always sad to see them go from baby cute, to little kid cute. at least i think so.

you aren't kidding about the cold weather either! i'm freezing as i write this.

let me know when you come up, maybe we can get together...you know, like we've been saying for the past year or 2.

Oh my. That face! Those eyes! Those piggy tails.

She's a day brightener, that is for sure!

Tell her it's really really good she doesn't live in Minnesota! Brrrr.

She really does look like a preschooler with that hair! Maybe it's because my almost 5 year old barely has pigtails!!!!

Poor Texas baby. She really is going to be shocked!

Fun blog! I found you, but not sure how I got here! We live in the St Louis area right now, courtesy of the US Air Force... Small world indeed! I hate that you have 6 short weeks to PCS. Girl, I feel your pain~ we had 2 weeks coming back from Germany. Military wives rock, don't we?!? You can pull it off! Happy rest of the weekend wishes to you~ Leslie

She gets cuter everyday, Rachel! How long will you be stationed in VA? Bummer we never got to link up now that we're in the South!
