We find out tomorrow how far along I really am. We'll also get to see if the doctor will allow me to get back to my regularly scheduled program or not.
The weather is just absolutely gorgeous! I never thought I would be excited to see the fall.
I miss St. Louis with the changing leaves on the trees. The trees here only change for about a 1/2 hour.
I don't miss St. Louis snow.
It's a pet peeve of mine when a cashier gives you your change in coins and bills and your receipt all at the same time.
It's nice to hear a waitress say "I'll be right back with your change," rather than "do you need change?"
I have started reading the Harry Potter books and to my surprise, I can't put them down.
And the fact that the baby ticker at the top says that my baby has more brains than Paris and Nicky together makes me LAUGH!!

You've never read them before? She definately has a way of telling a story where you can't wait to see what happens next.
wow - were you waiting for me to post or what!? ha ha! No, I've never read them - I've only seen the movies. But that was a while ago, so I forgot how they ended, anyway. She is a great writer - and the books are so simple to read....definitely something I need when reading a book!
Good luck with the test tomorrow! Let me know if the little nino is wearing a sombrero!

Speaking of snow... it's 28 degrees in P-Town right now... ouch. Fortunately for me it's 10:15 am and I'm still wasting time on the computer INSIDE.
I've never heard of Harry Potter, are they good? Remember to just sound out the words that you are having trouble with.
Who is Paris and Nicky? I'm not into all that pop culture stuff like you.
And when you find out how far along you are, remember that JD didn't get home until March. Man, that's such a horrible thing to say. I feel bad. Not bad enough to delete it, just bad enough to laugh and keep typing.
And I wasn't going to read this blog entry, but I scanned it, saw the word snow, got confused, and read it. My bad.
We have a test tomorrow that I'm avoiding having to study... :) So I check blogs and such!
Rachel - the cashier thing is a pet peeve of mine too!! I hate it when the coins slide around on the bills and half of them fall while you are fumbling with your wallet (maybe I'm just a Klutz :) I can't wait to find out how far along you are -- thanks for the GAP jeans tip -- they just arrived and I love them (long and lean!!)

Time for an update...
Rachel... I left you a response to all your comments on my blog...but I'll repeat myself and say that you are hilarious! And I'm sure that my friens Heidi and Deanna are cracking up at you(in a good way)!
Also, the change and cashier thing is super annoying to my too! Drives me crazy! Would it be so hard for them to hand the bills first and then the change?
What do you mean by the the changing leaves only being a 1/2 hour? I think I might be a little slow because I'm not getting that one? ha ha!
I hope I didn't scare them away, Kallie.
As for the leaves - they don't change here like they do in St. Louis. It's a steady, gradual process and everything is red, orange and yellow for a while. Probably because they aren't infested with pine trees! The 1/2 hour thing was just a guestimate of time - obviously WAY off! hee hee
I, when cashier-ing at work hand the bills first and then the change... and the receipt is stapled to the Rx bag. :)
I'm mad at you, Rachel. Before your change comment I never noticed it, but now it seems everytime I purchase something they give me the receipt and change back together and now I fumble it around and make a mess of myself. That was kind of a long sentence. Yo, my bad.
But I'm still mad.
I don't know about everyone else, but I like when the coins are handed back first, then the bills and receipt. I don't know, maybe it's just me.
Storm - you are MESSED UP! I like your lyrics though, they're fresh.
You're fresh.
But I tell you what, your blog's not fresh. Update it, yo.
