I love Fiber One bars but my husband doesn't like the effect they have on me. He gets annoyed every time I pass gas and with one of those bars it's gonna happen a lot!
My little girl startsed calling them "Mommy's poot bars" so I had to stop eating them.
I have had the Fiber One bar effect! It can be vicious..hehe.
Cliff bars are a great source of fiber and are organic...they don't seem to have the same effect..a very good thing:)
