I just had to flip. the. switch.

Do you ever have something turn up on your credit card that you didn't authorize? I've been having it happen to me for the last year and I have called this random company "Passport to Fun" many times to get it resolved, with no success.

Until today.

It just so happens that when they put you on "hold" and you "talk to your husband on another phone about calling the lawyer" they actually give you what you want.

Turns out if you ever buy something from VistaPrint, you might just end up with the same problem. Check your credit card statement.

Flipping the switch can actually be quite fun sometimes, especially when it comes to fraudulent charges like these.

I'm on a roll, anyone else need me to make a phone call?

Ooh ooh, maybe that's my spiritual gift? No?

If it is, I'm sure it's not supposed to be called "flipping the switch." Maybe I have the gift of negotiation and persuasion?

I had something similar happen at Staples. Something to do with a bad check written by some lady - but her check was mistakenly linked to my DL #. Probably when their clerk mis-keyed her DL # when she wrote the check they keyed it in wrong. So, everytime I wrote a check in staples this red flag would go up. It took me a year of persistant calling to get her check not associated with my DL #. Frustrating. I feel you pain.

Yes, I would agree. It seems your gift can be negotiation and persuasion. ;)

I think your gift is making me smile and bring sunshine to a rainy day! Good catch on the credit card statement. I'll have to give my sis the heads up she uses vista print.

I share your "spiritual gift" when it comes to dealing with creditors. Co-workers will ask that I call on their behalf to get matters settled that they seem to be unable to do. I am also asked to deal with hotels for pricing there also.

It is a good feeling when you are able to right a wrong. So you keep it up girl.

How frustrating!

Glad you got it cleared up, though.
